PP blocked, Neg Balance of £300.. what to do...?
 

One of my stealth ebay accounts got blocked two weeks ago as did my PP stealth account. I have 5 cases open in ebay wanting to return items and one case in PP wanting to return (only because ebay basically told them to do so, otherwise they all have the items in hand and are happy with them). The negative balance in paypal is negative £300 and something pounds. I do not have the option to refund buyers as it is asking me to send cheque/postal order to PP...

What do you recommend to do about this situation? Do i just ignore the negative balance and move on to other acc's or do i resolve negative balance to prevent further action from the debt collectors.

All details on the PP and ebay are stealth.

Any advice on the matter greatly appreciated.

You want honest recommendation - or realistic recommendation ha? You don't have the option to refund buyers and all details are in stealth (I am taking your word for this) - I think you can put 2 and 2 together on this.

You are unlikely to ever get account back in good standing...

I can't believe you are asking this question.
If you have a negative ballance then paypal has refunded buyers out of their own pockets not yours.
Ebay/paypal initiated this by themselves without your concent .
As long as you are not out of pocket yourself then it's ok.
Screw ebay & Paypal , leave the account and move onto the next .

The address your account is registered to will get letters first from paypal saying you owe them 300 and then after about 3 months they will hand it over to there debt collecting agency and then they threaten to come get there money... ie take goods from your house lol

This is what happened to me when i had a negative balance with an account that was registered at my sisters address lol

You said it yourself.

If everything is stealth move on to another account or make another one.
Why worry of debt collectors if its stealth?

I have the same thing happenening to me and i was wondering if they can still track me down, all the info is stealth but i use the account in a amazon VPS which is registered using my real info and credit card.. will paypal be able to get my real info through amazon? IP lookup

A word of caution!

While the above comments may be true you should also bear in mind that there is always a trail back to the real you which can be found by people with the correct authority to do so.

Think very carefully before deciding what to do. You never know what people will do when debt collectors turn up on their doorstep for something they know nothing about.

How did you with draw the money from the accouny as I guess they do have your account number and sort code.

i was ripped of a couple years back and my pp ballance was minus £3000.00 and i never heard from anyone and this was my real name and address so not sure what went on there.

PP and Amazon are different companies and are not related ...in fact they compete against each other

Seriously, if you can pay I would... Its not a lot so they might not follow it up, but if they realise your details are ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and the police fraud squad were involved they will find out who you are by checking your bank details. Its unlikely but it is a possibility.
