Has anyone had any luck withdrawing to a bank account from an 'unverified' account? I think PayPal say the limit is £500 per year - so they must deem this as an option right?
There is an option to 'add bank' and then an option to confirm it. If I chose not to 'confirm it' and instead simply withdrew the funds -- is this an option?
The payment would not be through an eBay transaction - so the 21-day hold not an issue.
IF I provided proof of postage/delivery to the buyers address...can anyone see a problem withdrawing say £400ish from an unverified account? |
| Stigger | 02-23-2011 08:41 AM | in short, no i cannot not see a problem, it is something i do quite regularly and the £500 limit doesn't always happen for example the week before last i made two withdrawals for a total of 2800 and the account was about 10 days old. |
| mattytman | 02-23-2011 09:14 AM | Oh my god? For real? £2,800 without being verified? I thought they slapped you with a limit when you approach the £1,600 limit?
And what do you do for Bank accounts? Remove and add to other unverified accounts? I was just going to use e-savers to withdraw. This is music to my ears! |
| ihatescams | 02-23-2011 08:13 PM | withdrawing mattyman , did you say you withdraw from unverified accounts using e saver accounts ? If so, what accounts do you use that work to withdraw from paypal ?
Can you withdraw from an unverified stealth paypal account to a bank account then go and use the same bank account to withdraw from a different stealth unverified paypal account ?
Or, do you have to use the same name/address' on all unverified paypal accounts to be able to use the same bank account ?
I assumed that once a bank account had been used to withdraw from a paypal account ( verified or unverified ) , it could bot be used to withdraw from another paypal account , was i right ? |
| cortex | 07-27-2011 11:41 AM | ^^Thats exactly what i was thinking - I dont see how if bank account number 12345678 under the name of Joe Bloggs can be used again with another account under the name of John Smith - they cant both have the same bank accnt number and sort code
Also I dont think e-savers can be used to withdraw in this method - although Ive never tried it myself.....yet |
| Stigger | 07-27-2011 12:38 PM | You cannot use the same card/bk account twice, savers are really easy to obtain, so in general people use one saves for unverified or two to get verified, it is possible to get verified with one saves but its a tedious process. |
How do you get an e-saver bank account verified in PP? You say you need two e-savers, one to verify ok I understand that. But then after adding the second, the bank account is still unverified in PP.
Do you now send deposits again to the second e-saver? Doubtful if it works as e-savers don't support DD deposits so the account would be removed from PP. |

I'm not going to put it an open forum, and i hope no one else does, so I suggest you use the pm facility

| stillselling | 08-01-2011 12:38 PM | It's not a big secret, PP knows all about it. Every scammer and his consort do it, especially when Green . limit your withdraw to $400 a day.
But if you want to force the discussion into the sub section, I'll all for it. Less garbage for me to skim through. |

After this savings account is removed from PayPal, you then add the same or different savings account without confirming it. Your PayPal remains 'Verified' and you then have an 'Unconfirmed' bank account that you will be able to withdraw to.
PayPal are fully aware of this and it is not a 'trick' of any kind. I do not recommend it and would rather preach the use of a current account anytime. |
You know what the withdrawal limits are in this kind of situation? |

If you are looking for 'magic numbers', I do not have them and do not speculate on 'how much is safe'. From my experience, withdrawing to an 'Unconfirmed' bank account is no different to withdrawing to a confirmed bank account. |
