paypal gift credit cards not working
 

hi open a paypal account a couple of weeks ago with fasle info , but with real bank details, have had the two small deposits in bank a/c to verifly
today 24th of feb went to register gift mastercard credit card from cashplus uk , its excaltly like a real matercard with the chip and numbers and three numbers on the rear, when l put the numbers in, a messsage came up in red
telling it was declined and to contact the bank that issued it,
so much for credit gifts cards? like ebay they must have some new software to identify theswe gifts cards via the numbers, any one out there had the same problems recently ?

l have been told that why the gift credit cards won't register on ebay and paypal , is l haven't loaded any money onto them yet and you need a bit of credit as paypal and ebay bounce £1 onto your account to see if its active

It depends what kind of giftcard you use. Some have stopped working, but others are still okay to use if you get the minimum AVS information to match.

Bottom line is you will need a card which has AVS - try 3VCash, I found out about his site here on Aspkins.

Works on eBay and Paypal - simply use the expanded use number from the history page one you sign up.
