£1900 limit reached and problems passing verification!?
 

Hi everyone,,

I've got a premier PP account reached the £1900 limit and now have £250 stuck in there until I verify!

I have set the account using a mailing address in another town, I've cofirmed my own bank account and withdrawn approx £1700 to it. I have also confirmed an escape prepaid mastercard with address registered to the mailing address aswell!

But I know have to 'confirm my identity' by typing in my address, dob, and phone number and I can't pass the checks. I did it three times and it asked for documents like passport to send in but obviously I can't as I'm using this mailing address.

I have logged back in today and it seems like it has reset and is now only asking for the confirmation details again not doucments, eg: adress and dob.

Any ideas on how paypal goes about this 30sec check in the UK? Shall I try and register a different card?

it isnt finding you via public info, eg electoral roll. It is the name and address match that is the issue.

does the date of birth have to match the name and address as well? They have changed this recently, because before you can verify by the telephone.
