Can you get in trouble for being creative.....
 

Ok so my stealth ebay and paypal account got limited.

And Some people tried to be clever by reversing payments on items, they'd received. My accounts in minuses, and I am not going to restore the account to 0 balance, as why should I lose out due to some cunning people. I've cancelled direct debits.
How do paypal go about retrieving fund could they get the money back.

Never had a negative balance myself.

I think they attempt to retrieve the money by using your fund sources on file first, if that fails then they try to contact you and if that fails then finally, they pass your account details onto their debt collectors.

i have never hard of anyone getting done for this, maybe one day, who knows it could be YOU.

They will try to dip into your bank account - failing that, your file gets sent to collections. If it's stealth info then collectors will phone call and mail you incessantly to death...based on amounts =)

So is their no way for them to take money off you, if you cancel direct debit.

If you make the account Deposit only and no preauthorized withdrawal then you should be ok.
