Instant Bank Transfer - I guess £1.99 is too high risk!.

Hi,

I've just brought a DVD for 99p + £1 postage, I went to checkout the Instant Bank transfer optition was there at first, but after clicking it, the page refreshed telling it it was not available for this transaction, and they have picked my MasterCard as payment.

Why can't I use IBT? - Is it because I'm trying to PayPal at an odd time?.

I don't want to use eCheque as it's too slow! - so I've paid with my card.

I guess it's PayPal being stupid!. - No point talking to them.
