Is a 3V Visa voucher good to verify a Paypal account?


Also can that be used for EBay seller verifying?

3V was fine when I last used it to turn an ebay buyer account into a seller account - that was a good while ago mind you, but ive not heard any stories of it not working.

You cant verify a paypal account with any VCC - you need a UK bank account. You can 'confirm' the vcc but this doesnt lift the limits or anything anymore.
