Paypal Random Calls...

Just had a random call on one of my newer stealth accounts from Paypal. He asked me the email address on the account which i managed to remember on the spot luckily. He said they do these every 2 months for accounts which are under 1 year in age...?

How often do you have these calls and do you always answer? Have they ever asked your DOB/address etc?

Just wondered if you guys just ignore them or pick up every time they phone...?

Should always try to pick-up - these calls are indeed random but can be sparked by withdrawal.

that could be the reason, i did make a withdrawal yesterday for £180 so that was probably what triggered it!

To piggy back on this topic... Im horrible and dont have any of the numbers on my account working. I know its bad and I'll probably learn the hard way when they call, but if they do call and reach a disconnected number do they email you to give you the option to call them?

Yes they usually do.

Not had this call yet, but I know they do this, so I am always anticipating a phone call.
