Small Claims Court

PayPal have now closed my account and seized my balance for 180 days, which is unacceptable. I am going to take them to the small claims court, has anyone else done this and which address have you used to action the claim?

You won't get your money back, just wait for your 180 days. It clearly states in the TOS that they hold the right to limit your account and old the money for 180 days anytime the want.

Their T&Cs are not above UK law, a company cannot enforce T&Cs if the law offers a higher protection.

Onus is on YOU to prove UK law is above that of paypal's.

That said, legal advice comes from elsewhere because of its very nature.
