Are these bank any good for a UK PP account??

Has anyone used the following 4 banks to obtain a ‘confirmed’ status on a UK PP account?

Instant Banking Current Account
Card One Banking
Evolution Banking
Secure rust Bank

yes me, the one's that do work were both tested and posted on the forum by me in the first place, not bad to say i don't know what im talking about.
