Paypal Appeal Declined
 

Just a quick question folks! I've had about 3 of these emails all to do with the same paypal account but today the one I got was worded differently.

This one said:

"After reviewing your PayPal account, we’ve determined there to be excessive
risk involved and would like to begin parting ways in a manner that is
least disruptive to your business.

If there are funds in your account, the remaining account balance will be
held until you complete the appeals steps. If you’re unable to complete the
appeals process for your PayPal account, access to the account will remain
limited. In accordance with our User Agreement, the money in your PayPal
account balance may be held until you provide us with a valid proof of
identity and a valid proof of address. The balance is held to cover any
disputes that may be filed against your account.......... "

There is about £144 in my paypal account. This email doesn't mention anything about funds being held for 180 days. I uploaded fresh ID and Address verification as this is a stealth paypal. Not too sure if they will accept it as they asked for ID last week which I provided and 1 hour later got the Paypal Appeal Denied Email. Anyway, if I am not able to verify who I am then does Paypal hold onto the money for good??????????
