UK paypal account

I need to open paypal in UK or virtual credit card that I can use for betfair.com, can someone put me in the right direction, I have read som of the posts in here.

I have tryed opening paypal with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ UK address but now it has limitations it asks for bank details from UK.

Do you think I can just register virual credit card that has UK address and if yes how and whre..

BTW I live in US.

Thanks for the rely, I think if I just get that card I would be able to make and withdraw deposit from UK's betfair.com site.

I have tryed getting the virual card, but it fails to process. Do I have to enter my real info when I want to register for the card or the "⊗⊗⊗⊗" address?
I tyred both ways and ti doesnt work for me?
