This is nonsense - you're asking for helping every 1 minute. Just your first post was enough.
Welcome to the forums but this is way too much - patience is key not crying - read through a lot of posts - lot of folx have suffered worse.
I would have liked to help you and give some tips - maybe other folx will - but these minute-to-minute posts of yours are WAY TOO babyish for my liking.
You're dealing in business and Pa yp al is not a "buddy" or something - all the best though. Think about things and come back and post with a clear head. You have time. |
| frasier | 08-03-2011 11:32 AM | ok im sorry please help me i wont post so much again |

| Imakemoney | 08-03-2011 12:07 PM | Then what you need to do is forget that account it sounds gone to me.
Purchase the stealth guide - and get stealthing.
It will teach you how to create and operate stealth accounts. |
| frasier | 08-03-2011 12:08 PM | i know its gone thats fine by me

| frasier | 08-03-2011 12:30 PM | i respect all of your advice because i know you are all aware of what your talking about
i am so scared about this
i am so terrified |
Like everyone said. Don't worry about it. Forget that account. Buy the Stealth book and do it correctly this time. |
| ensignia | 08-03-2011 12:39 PM | FFS stop being a pansy and calm down. You're not going to get arrested or get in any trouble with the law.
You may even be able to get the account back, just give them the documentation they require. PayPal are not a Government agency they cannot come after you and place you under arrest, so take a deep breath and relax. |
| frasier | 08-03-2011 12:44 PM | i appreciate it guys thanks for all advice,.
guess i cant stand the heat, maybe i should just get out of the kitchen, and never cook again,.
always preferred ordering in anyway |
if you get your head into the stealth guide
you might feel in control and not panic so much
it can be done, loads of members on the forum with success stories
the more you know the easier things will get, knowledge is power!
but if you think this game is not for you...you`re probably right |
| slapped | 08-03-2011 01:12 PM | Do NOT Worry,,,,as Paranoid as you are,,,the Police will Most Likely Cut you loose after Being in their Custody for 5 Min,,,
You are Driving us crazy Reading your Frantic Posts,,,and we are THOUSANDS of Miles away,,,I CANNOT Imagine what you would be like Handcuffed in the Back seat of a Police car Heading "Downtown",,
The Arresting Officers For their own "Sanity" and Self Preseveration would Have to Let you go,,,,, |
| frasier | 08-03-2011 01:15 PM | thanks again guys, i think im overreacting, just dont wat to get in trouble |
You have advice from a lot of people in the know - don't worry about this action of yours - you won't get into serious trouble (chances are very very low). As long as you did not cheat the buyer or ship dangerous junk, you will be ok.
Listen to Slapped, he is very wise on all this. |
| frasier | 08-03-2011 03:25 PM | just got this just came in
Dear xxxxxx
Important information:
We appreciate your interest in PayPal; however, our decision to leave your
account in a permanent limitation status is final.
This measure is necessary to protect against the risk of bad customer
experiences and financial losses, in view of certain activity related to
your account that we have reason to believe has taken place.
Your right to appeal:
PayPal will always carry out a thorough and routine investigation before
closing any account. However, we appreciate that from time to time
misunderstandings can happen. If you have an important query on this
matter, and wish to appeal our decision, you can do so. Please log in to
your PayPal account at www.paypal.co.uk and click 'Contact Us' at the
bottom of any PayPal page.
Access to your money during the account closure period:
This decision means we must oversee the appropriate disposal of any balance
that you currently hold. A gradual approach to account closure allows you
and PayPal to ‘part ways’ while considering any liabilities that may arise.
Our aim is to review all valid claims lodged by PayPal users dissatisfied
with the goods or services they paid you for. We must allow enough time for
claims to be filed as these can take several months to be reported and
resolved.
How will the process work?
To ensure the process is fair for all parties:
1. PayPal will first hold any balance in your account for 90 days. We do
this because it provides sufficient time for most claims, such as
chargebacks, to be filed by other parties. If your account balance is
negative, please note that you will have to settle any amounts owed on your
account including chargebacks or claims to avoid legal action being taken
against you.
2. Once we’re satisfied that there are no future claims or liabilities
associated with your account, we will notify you after 90 days and release
the money to your PayPal balance. If we find that any further claims are
likely, please note that we will need to retain any remaining balance for
up to 180 days from the date your PayPal account was restricted [please
insert date the account was 1st high restricted here, DD/MM/YYYY].
Whether your balance is restricted for 90 or 180 days, you will still be
able to log into your PayPal account. However, you won’t be able to
withdraw money unless you see an ‘Available Balance’. This can be withdrawn
to your bank account or credit card.
Accounts with negative balances:
An amount owed to PayPal is displayed as a negative balance. If your
account has a negative balance or if your balance becomes negative due to
any claims made during the time your balance is held, we recommend you add
funds to your PayPal account to ensure that the balance remains above zero.
Please note that if you don’t do this, PayPal reserves the right to recover
the amount by any legal means available to us.
If you'd like more information about our policies, please read our User
Agreement. Click 'Legal Agreements' at the bottom of any PayPal page, and
then click 'User Agreement for PayPal Service’.
Our right to close a PayPal account, and the retention of funds in balance,
are covered in section 10.2 and 10.3.
Sincerely,
Tiffany

| frasier | 08-03-2011 04:14 PM | just got a message from a buyer who had sent payment to new paypal account just before they froze it.
I had paid my supplier around £65 and the customer paid £280.
so because paypal froze the trasaction I could only refund £215 until at least I knew what was happening, and after exlpaining this to the buyer this is what they had to say
Hi
I am sorry but this is unacceptable.
You can transfer the remainder into my account.
If this is not acceptable I will notify the police....this is fraud.
Please let me know.
Regards |
Maybe other folx will discuss and let you know but I don't have comments on how to operate - that is refund, what to sell, etc. - unless I can get a % - sorry =(
Do as you see fit.
Just an afterthought - why are you refunding the buyer if he is happy with his item? Unless...you don't have the item yet?.... |
| frasier | 08-03-2011 04:24 PM | he dosnt have the item.
when I paid my supplier for the product, paypal froze the transaction and wont either reverse or allow to go through.
so transaction is in limbo |
That is not good - you will have to refund the buyer. Don't let customers push you around with police or fraud (even though yes this is what you are doing ha).
Man, anymore I tell you is getting into the business side of your affairs - again, not much I can say =( This forum is for operating in stealth - what you choose to do with how you operate is your own business I guess.
Call up Paypal and tell them you want to refund the buyer in full. |
tell the buyer to file a dispute,
also say...you cannot send any money as pp will be returning the money anyway, regardless if you send money or not
you have nothing to worry about
also tell the buyer it is against eb rules to blackmail sellers
that will put a spanner in their works
my bad,
thought the funds were locked up in pp
yeah mate, you need to load the account and pay the buyer back
tbh i think the payment you made to the supplier may get reversed too
is it a chinese supplier by any chance?
this happened to me before
pp reversed the payment to my supplier & refunded the buyer with it
& kept the rest for 180 days
its out of your hands really, like rsot said, all you can do is ring them up and ask them to refund the buyer in full
forget about the threats, just be polite and let the buyer know you are doing all you can to resolve the problem asap |
Let's wait to see what GB or other mods say on this |
| frasier | 08-03-2011 06:30 PM | yeah yeah GTB chinese supplier |
| expiredpeanutbutter | 08-03-2011 06:37 PM | alright alright everyone thats tellin dude to calm down needs to calm down he's been told enough everyone doesn't have to keep saying it. |
| isitworththestress | 08-03-2011 08:05 PM | To The OP just refund the buyer if you have funds if not just send them a message telling them you can do nothing but refund them once paypal return the funds back into your account. Ask paypal when that will be, as the buyer will be happier with a date of refund.
Try keep the buyer onside as a pissed off buyer can cause any new accounts no end of trouble, even though all they can do now is go at you through paypal and ebay, as the police will just tell them it is nothing to do with them. |
yeah, they might of limited the account because you took a big amount in from a buyer and then sent money to china,it happens
imo i think they will refund the buyer, and reverse your payment to china
that will be the end of it
the buyer will think your out to scam him, just tell him nicely not to worry,pp will refund him in full as your account is completely dead, pointless appealing it
open some nice new stealth accounts and when buying from china, try not to use pp accounts that you need for eb |
| GreenBean | 08-04-2011 08:10 AM | ARGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
I'm having a panic attack:bounce: |

| slapped | 08-05-2011 09:26 AM | This ENTIRE Thread Makes NO Sense AT ALL,,Half this thread is Dedicated to "Calming" Down The Threadstarter,,,I Too was "Taken" in by this early in the Thread,,but now The Rest of the Posts Begin to Unravell something a Bit more Sinister,,,Im Thinking that the OP Does NOT want to issue a Refund,,it is CLEARLY the Right thing to do,,instead is Looking for maybe someone here with a Similar Experience and with Similar Motives to Weigh in and Teach him how to Get around the Refund so he can get ALL The money,,,,
Maybe we should be trying to Calm the Buyer (VICTIM) Down,,,
Am I Truly the ONLY One here who see's this Situation this Way?
Come on now,,Im NOT That Intelligent |
@Slapped, if you saw my posts I was hinting at that - wants to find a way around to just keeping the profit (#27).
Waste of my time - and yours I might add ha |
| missinglink | 08-05-2011 10:46 AM | he don't have product, his strategy is take order and then buy from supplier, it takes at least 7-10 days to get it dropshipped to customer, more like 12 days, as supplier needs to pack and ship, not good way to do business as buyer complains about delay, plus I bet it is vero item, so comes from china and the customer get suspicious, unless it comes to frasier instead, and then it takes even longer to go to customer 2 weeks unaceptable. |
| slapped | 08-05-2011 11:31 AM | Yet here we all are Discussing this Dudes "Issue" and Where is He?,,,Has not been heard from In 2 Days,,,Someone PM Him and make sure that he is not Hyperventelating,,,
Maybe it is Me,,,,,But I Doubt it
@RSOT,,Yes I saw your post,,,Did you get to see Mine,,,Where I Outright Called Him Out on the issue?,,,The Post That I wrote using David Copperfeilds Keyboard on Cris Angels Computer? | | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 04:31 AM. | |
