Paypal accounts suspended
 

Hi all.

Ive had 3 paypal accounts 1 since 2004,other 2006 and the third since 2008.
i basically only ever used the 2 though.

In the last 12 months ive really started to do well on ebay selling about 10k a month,100% feedback and becoming silver power seller and top rated.

I used my main paypal accounnt for the ebay store as welll as my online store.

Then 1 fateful day paypal said they were limiting all 3 accounts because id got multiple accounts,limition also meant i couldnt recieve payments!!

I immediatly phoned them and they said they would get back to me in 48 hours,well actually it was 72 hours with an email asking for information id,invoices,solve a refund on 1 account.

i got them there information and sent it through,,next day they said they were closing one account(the one i never used)and i coulodnt appeal.

in the mean time i had a warning on my ebay account saying i couldnt list untill i solved my paypal issues.

in the mean time i had 3 buyers ask for refunds..i couldnt even do those as account was blocked at to phone them and ask them to do it>>

eventually they get back to me and see all the accounts are suspended and i cant i appeal.


so now i dont know what to do..ive lost 10k turnover on ebay..as that account is now suspended and turnover on my website as ive had to use google checkout which some people dont like.

am at my whitss end.

Hello, I would suggest either

Using something like 2co or ccnow to take payments on your website as you can also take PP without having a PP account, then setting up a new eby and pp account and keeping separate or once you have a new PP account you can use something like E-Junkie to accept PP and GC Without PP or GC Knowing where the payment is coming from.

If you set up a new pp account DO NOT Link it to your site without something that redirects otherwise you will be linked.
