Here's a theoretical situation. I may just be being stupid, but it's an idea that crossed my mind.

If one was to use only a slight variation or spelling mistake on the name connected to their PayPal account, and then use their local Post Office as the address connected to the same account; if a seller was to accidentally send a package to this address, could one pick up the package as though the package had been arranged for redelivery to your local Post Office?

I was considering this after reading the stealth booklet. What're your thoughts?

Sensible? I dont think so.

After a susspension it is preferable to be 'new' & stealth. LINK is the danger.

Of course, if you are thinking of your own recent disaster, you have a better chance.
