What do u reckon will happen.....
 

I was entering my phone number to verify my paypal account and the system said for security reasons it couldn't be verified (ebay didn't seem to mind) Anyway afer re-entering the number it went through but i couldn't answer my phone as it seems to be playing up.

Anyway long story short they're going to post to my address (⊗⊗⊗⊗). So the question is how long before im binned!!!

In the future i must remember to do the phone before doing the CC and BA. What a pain!!!!

I had this happen on a US account, and I called them from the number I had listed...told them I couldn't verify my phone what was the problem? And I accidentally hit on then off with the phone when they called. They said they could see my number that I called from and it matched the account so they verified it then...I would try this if you can before you get limited or they will ask for much more than to verify your phone #.

HI Guys,, Yes, this has come up before, I believe someone had suggested in trying to get that piece of mail.. go ask for it, tell them something.. to get your hands on that mail---OR:

thanks for the replys and advice. I think I'll just leave it as the account has only just been set up and im just waiting for a stupid e-cheque to clear!

I've got a couple of items ending tomorrow about £150 value, so hopefully if im quick i can get the money out.

The address i gave paypal was a pub a million miles away, what do think about ringing them and asking for the letter? I really cant think of any reason you could give though without looking really dodgy

quick update - I phoned the pub and just sexplained that he was going to recieve some mail of mine and briefly explained about it being a Paypal cock up and it was nothing dodgy and he was more than welcome to open it to check it.

He said no problem give me your address and i'll forward it, so result!!!
