Good news at last.

Hi All, finally got my new paypal sorted, submitted all the docs and got my limits lifted...when and if I get to the 1900 limit, will I have to submit everything again...TIA...

Excellent - you won't need to submit everything again - unless you get limited again. Plan your activities well and you should be ok. All the best.
