Paypal refund problem,no balance???
 

Hi from Greece,

Please experts help me out with this Paypal issue I cannot understand what to do!!!
I want to refund a buyer because he returns the item but when I click issue refund it says that:
There isn't enough money in your PayPal balance to issue a full refund. Please add funds to your PayPal balance to issue a full refund or add a bank account and issue a refund by debiting money directly from your bank account.
The problem is that my paypal balance has more than enough money to refund!!!
The refund amount is in GBP and my paypal balance in Euros, is it a problem?
I changed the balance from Euros to GBP but the same problem!!

In my account overview it says now:
PayPal balance: £144.57 GBP
Available balance in GBP (primary): £0.00 GBP
Total balance (all currencies, available and pending) converted to GBP: £144.57 GBP

Please help me to solve this situation I don't know what to do!!!

Ok problem solved!
I've changed the balance currency from euros to GBP in the exchange currency column and refund completed!!!:clap:
Ofcourse Paypal fees f....d me up for the exchage!:mad2:

I have one more question:I am registered to ebay.co.uk and my currency is GBP.
So my listings are in GBP and when the auction ends the buyer pays in GBP via PAYPAL.Is it possible to change my currency from GBP to Euros??

You can adjust your pp to accept EURO as a secondary currency account - then you make sure listings in Euros - if possible...
