Default Providing information to remove limitation?

Maybe i've got it wrong but do they ask you for information not so they can get you up and running again but so they can make sure you never use the service again?

I remember when I got fed up running, changing IP's, addresses, card numbers etc I said right i'm gonna sort this once and for all. I provided all and I got "LIMITED PERMANENTLY THIS CAN NOT BE RESOLVED"

Damn, I got that too once dj.

I vowed never to waste time giving them docs after that. Seems pointless and now I just sell around their crap limits. I could maybe make well over 3 or 4 times what I get without the limits...

Yes but if you are doing this it is better to make 10-12 stealth accounts and only take 1400 a year from each on a rotation basis.
