Default Pp Gone Eb Safe???

Hello so my story goes like this. Ive bought both eb stealth and am ghost. Read both, made like 10 eb and pp accounts and like 15 am accounts over time. Very simple to do and easy to keep them from being blocked etc.

I thought i finally knew what pp and eb was all about until this happened.

Thursday night, pp account gets blocked completely right off. No id or anything requested just blocked. Thats no problem at all but my eb account that is linked to the pp account is fine. Its now saturday afternoon and my 160+ feedback 100% ebay account is fine. Nothing has happened.

So problem is, do i make another pp and just add it to the eb account. Obvious use the same details almost and just a couple small differences.

Will this work you think? Never happened before, very weird i think but id love to keep this account and its took me a couple months to get the feedback etc.

Any help will be ideal. Thanks

you can try adding a new paypal, but I doubt the eb or paypal will last.

Did they give you any reason for the block?

have you any idea yourself? eg link to banned account or volumes, goods, risks, complaints?

What do you mean your paypal account got blocked?
Does it say it is limited? Or have you entered your password in wrong a few times and now you have to do a new one?

Because surely if it is limited then when you go to the resolution centre it will tell you why? It also tells you why when you log into your paypal account.

Doesnt make any sense....

Pidge, do you sell on Amazon? "Blocked" is a term Amazon use, not usually PP or eBay.

Hello thanks for your replys.

Oompaloompa - The reason the being limited for ever was for safe use and regulations and all this crap. So pretty much pp saying we will limit you and not tell you why.

As for the goods, i was selling very low £1-£2 accessories nothing high priced or vero. No disputes, 100% feedback and the account was always accessed using a 3G internet dongle which has worked for me for around a year and on my 2nd laptop alone.

Bunneh - Yes i mean its been "Limited" but the problem with this limit is you cant appeal. Account is dead, get your money in 6 months, no reason why and nothing you can do.
So i call it Limited / Blocked.

Ebay King - Hello yes i do sell on amazon, must be why i use the term blocked. But because the account is limited with no appeal, i call it limited / blocked.

Many thanks for your replys. I have made a new pp account and instead of completely adding the two together. Ive just knocked up a listing, and where it says accept paypal, ive typed in the new email address for the pp.

So far 1 sale and 1 payment has been completed with the money going into the new account. So ill see what happens. Cheers

its really hard in UK to keep an ebay once its linked paypal goes down, as you need a verified paypal to sell and therefore its a vicious circle, I have heard of others adding a different paypal to it, and continuing to sell for a while longer but I do not think it is worth risking another paypal for the sake of an ebay account that is possibly doomed....

I have previously had my primary PayPal account that was linked to my eBay Limited, After it got limited I created another paypal and accepted payments to it, it worked like a charm.

Yes they will eventually link the new Paypal to your limited one and then you lose both., better to just move on and make new ones.

Indeed,
I've had 2 PPs limited and the linked EBs limited soon after with the message 'fix your PP first'...
