Paypal limited 1900 limit
 

It was idiotic really, I started a stealth account when i first got the ebook. Very clever and I have been under the radar as far as things go. I started selling slowly and now have nearly 200 feedback as I am a casual buyer and seller. PC died a while back and this seemed irrelevant but now it has big repurcussions. I no longer have the information needed to lift the limits on my 1900 receiving limit and after guessing I now need to send ID. My question to you folks is, has my guessing crippled my chances of getting it past the manual review if I send in the ID? This account is using pure stealth details but my address.

I think the only one solution is to wait 180 days and than withdraw money. And set up new account.

The only information you need for the docs are stealth name, stealth address and date of birth. What are you missing?

If it is just the dob, all is not lost. I know of a couple of instances where stealth docs with mismatching dobs have been accepted.
