Or get yourself an address that accepts parcels for you.. if there is such a thing.
Personally, I keep a non-stealth account for buying stuff and a non-stealth paypal too, even though I've had limitations before. Works ok.. BUT just make sure you never have reason to get any attention, refunds, not enough money in accounts etc.
Having said that, I tried to buy something recently and have now had my account frozen and the payment reversed.. Only money that got trapped was balance I'd daftly left in there from a personal, non-ebay sale.. everything else was returned to my card.
This happened because I wasn't careful myself.. used two different Ebay accounts with the same PayPal, did it all on my phone with constantly changing IP and no cookies and then to top things off my bank rejected the payment.. All went through again with the bank's debit card but by then it was too late, all flagged, payments reversed and account limited.
So, I guess I'll be opening other non-stealth P and E accounts but of course requiring new card details...
I think if you're only buying then it's easy to stay under the radar.. I slightly varied the details so they weren't an exact match and still applied IP and cookie stealth seperation from any other limited accounts.
