Morning all,

I have £659 in my Paypal account currently. Im not quite sure how much to withdraw at one time to avoid a limitation?

I need to pay for some goods and dont have another PayPal account to do so... should I pay with the same amount but choose the source as a CC thats linked to it?

It is up to you, but I would only try and withdraw that money slowly. Not all at once if your account is weak.

It will scare PP if funds are withdraw on weak accounts which have not undergone the 21 day hold or good feedback left on items sold.

To be honest Ive had this account since 2009 selling anything and everything been limited twice thought it was all over and they have rung me out of the blue to say we have reinstated you account. It has 250 items per month or 8700 whichever comes first. Would you class this as a solid account?

Limitations were January this year

Have you considered calling them to discuss the transfer?

Contrary to the opinion of some, it is possible to phone paypal & discuss the account. Often it's helpful for a transaction to happen.

Of course, have your info at hand if you make that choice.

If you go the other way & simply make a transfer, ensure that you do not empty the account. Out of your £659 total, I would try to leave £90 or thereabouts:pop2:

In the end I did a transfer of £400, and left just over £200 in there.

Also if im selling high end electronics etc.. phones, how many would be safe amount per day to sell if the value of them is roughly 400-500£ ?

id start selling 1 per 2-3 days.. to allow cool off, and slowly very slowly increase
