PayPal Postage not working for anyone else?

Since 7pm last night been getting the same message. Is it working for anyone else?

Tried to purchase a label through 2 different laptops using Safari and Explorer. Definately not my issue, why on a Monday though!!! Got about 90 orders to do, sat here like a lemon not being able to do anything.

And I'm certainly not paying the post office prices!

it started working again to day here. it seemd tostop working at teh same tiem the royal mail system went down. It is now printing a nil receipt as well as a int signed for label ?
