After 180days waiting for my £400 on limited account I received email from paypal

To withdraw funds from your account, please log in to PayPal.

While access to your account is limited, you may:

* update your account information
* withdraw funds from your account

You may not:
* send or request money
* receive payments
* add funds to your account
* close your account

They saying I can get my money form account and also :

* withdraw funds from your account
What should I do I haven't log in yet in this account because I got new IP and I don't want to mess with it. Any ideas how to get money from PP ? What bank account use for withdraw or can I request for cheque ?

do you still have the bank account that is attached to this paypal account? if so you can just withdraw the funds to it. if not im sure you can just add another bank account to get the funds out.

if you make a new 'windows user account', then change your ip, you can then log into your old paypal account without them knowing anything about your new one (just remember to change it again when you log back into your new account)

You can withdraw - in UK, I think bank is the only way so all the best with your choice of bank.

Just attach another bank account and withdraw.
