New name & address but my bank account...HELP.
 

Hi all :D

Just wanted to say glad I have found these forums they have literally saved my sanity.

So been on eBay for years and the decided to kick me off a few months ago. From then, I have been using some family members accounts but after reading Stealth have found where I have gone wrong - PayPal limited accounts - not eBay?!

So, I am now in the process of creating a new stealth. I am going to use another family members name & address that has not been used before with ebay or paypal. The only thing is, after putting their name and address on to PayPal can I add my own new bank account (never linked with ebay or paypal)?
Also, with the new paypal verify thingy to remove limits where you have to enter account details and name & address which I believe matches up with the verified bank account address what would I need to enter here? This confuses me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Also, any other sites than eBay to sell on as I am sooo fed up with them yet it seems to be the only place to sell effectively.

PS, what is with all the PayPal limitations just now? I just had a non linked PayPal limited permanently - no warning, as 1 buyer out of soo many happy customers never read the listing and phoned paypal about it??!! WTF, just unlucky? :suspicious::mad:

It is not recomended to use family members or friends details but if you are going to......

Is you last name the same ? ? ?

you register all you family details, name, address, everything correct.
then you can add your bank account, with the details you used for the PP account, use inital only on first name.

Or if last name is same, i would get them to add there bank account for the two miro deposists to verify the account, then add your own with your real inital and last name and remove there's.

before you verifed i think its about 650.00, once verfied its 1,900.00

receiving limit is £1900 from the start, verified or not

Aw, I must have read some part of the stealth wrong then? :shocked: No the family member is different last name to mine. Okay, so I do everything in their name and just add my bank account info under their name?

What happens with the personal details aspect of the verify thing? When I called up PayPal about another account they said that they match the address entered in the verify personal information with the bank account entered? Any ideas on this??

Yes thats correct, You can add your Bank account with there info and it should be o.k, i say should because its not always, sometime it gets rejected by the bank, if it does then when its returned to PP try and withdraw again.

Not sure how close you are, but i would try talking them into opening a savers account for you to use with the PP account, one with a card can't hurt as long as when thing go tits up you don't leave them in the **** with eby/PP.
