Paypal says limit has been lifted !! But it's not ???

Hi all lovely people ! I created a account using my friends info & try to lift limit. Paypal asked me to provide identity proof & address proof, which I faxed them. Next day received a mail stating your receiving limit has been lifted.It's been 4 days But in my account still £1900 GBP limit. Can any body help me with this issue.
