Can I change or add a new adress on my PayPal and confirm it with a different number,

That would depend on why you were doing it, a bit more info required really

in theory yes, but unless you are moving and have supporting documents, you could find yourself in a lot of trouble with paypal

I have a stealth PayPal just need to change adress as I don't have access to the adress and i also want to purchase an item with the funds In my PayPal, will I need docs?

Very likely. p/p don't like changes being made to accounts so I would suggest you have supporting docs for the new address ready to send them before you make any changes.

It would be wise to have your documents ready, if you are confident about them, contact pp before changing address and simply ask them what you need to do as you are moving. Have them guide you :juggle:

based on our history with PP every single info you put you need to support it with docs just in case

Based on my experience, I've changed address countless times on new accounts, no problems, even including password, email and phone #, still no problem.

Even paypal accept people move.

Provided your account is in good order, there is little reason to not consider phoning them & ask for their help about moving house.... make them feel wanted.

Other way would be to email them requesting guidance on changing address.

Let them know B4 changing IP. Normal people would do that :pound:
