Basicaly no, I had the same problem over in the UK where I was selling the software through my company there and the customer had a registration problem with the software a couple of weeks after registering it and wanted a refund rather than contact the software company and get the serial number reset.
The funny part was he said he could not contact the software company because he was vunerable to viruses and so I pointed out he managed to find a computer to contact me so why could he not do the same to the same for the software company. Anyway he withdraw the claim gave me negative feedback and said I was rude.
Once its registered all you have to return is plastic because you can not use that registration any more so that why you cannot get a return.
