theshuffler | 04-04-2012 03:51 AM | I sent in passport and a bank statement and they all matched the details on my new PayPal. The only thing that was the same as my old paypal was my name.
I rang up to see if I could find out what the problem was and was told they don't need to give me a reason.
Not sure what to do now :( any ideas why? Could it be my name?
The email I recieved:

accounts for potential risks. After reviewing *your account, we have
decided to close it because of security issues.
We are making every effort to minimise any disruption to your business.
If your PayPal account balance is zero, and you have no unresolved buyer
