random paypal limitation?

So yesterday i had one of my paypal accounts limited? :ban?:
The reason was to do with the safe use of paypal?

So i went to the resolution centre and it asked me to verify my banka ccount which is already verified and to resolve all buyer disputes, which i have NONE of?? and then my utility bills, passport etc...

I am really confused as to why this has happened to my paypal account? I use a seperate PC & internet connection for this account.

I called paypal and they said that this is nothing to worry about and that they do these random security checks all the time on random accounts, Is this true or are they just feeding me a line they tell everyone? :suspicious:

I have submitted all documents, even the 5 most recent parcels mailed which all show delivered?

Do i have to start over, or is there still hope?:help:

It is what it is.

Random 'check'.

Until paypal gives the Dear John have the hope. :peace:

Still hope unless you receive the parting ways letter - keep at it for now.

We will never know if they are telling the truth, but there is certainly hope.

I had an PP account brought back from the dead last year by simply following their checklist. Once all green ticks were done, amazingly they unlocked it, or as they say on the site: "Your account has been restored".

The "restoring" email is a good feeling. Good luck.

ive been duped by this scam before. then you try to withdraw after being "restored" and WHAM, they hit you from behind

For sure anthing can happen with PP, but on the account they restored a long time ago last year has turned into a very good account.

Also got all the limits lifted and no 21 day holds bulls**t either now.

Maybe it is down to how you manage the account after restoration? Slow and steady is the strategy I follow.

I got this as well, and I got the letter saying that they are closing my account due to "security issues". :tears::tears:

All i have to say to this paypal account is :rip:

I have no idea why this happened AT ALL!!
It was totally out of the blue, My account was in perfect standing,
Had no links as it was on a completely different PC & IP and also had no complaints.

I guess the people who work for paypal, rather click the DENIED button, then actually take the time to look at the original documents. :rip:

Time to start over...
