Second paypal opened, i just wanna sell my items and bam when i try to pay for something *limited* .iv had to refund the buyer the money and relist item with new paypal and got them same and this is why

To sell on ebay uk you should have a verified paypal account.

That would mean using a credit card and bank account.

You are failing because you have no clue what to do. Simples.

This forum is to help users start again with ebay and paypal.

You can not moan in one post about paypal doing you wrong.

Your method of using them has contributed to the problem.

You need to learn how to resolve that.

You will need a bank account as mentioned .

OP you're also not realizing that you cannot use that current eBay account anymore. All previously limited Paypal accounts are now tied permanetly to that eBay account
