Bank acc and prepaid card for Paypal account..
 

I made a bank account for my new stealth account but what i dont understand is that why is a prepaid card needed to open a paypal account???
And if it is important can you plz suggest some prepaid cards in the UK.

Also another question is that if i make a stealth account on one ip address then is it ok if i use the same ip address as my limited account to logon to a stealth paypal????
