2nd paypal account

i want to open a 2nd paypal account(the first belongs to another family member)

i have read and understand that i can use a completely different address and name but my own bank account since paypal wont see the name on the account . can i use my own credit card or does it have to be something like entropay? (i am in northern ireland)

i have read about ip and cookies etc to prevent a new account being linked.


edit: it seems it would be a bad idea to use my own c card
