Ive been reading alot on this forum and what I came up with so far is:

- anyone can open UK PP account with VCC
- you cant lift sending/receiving limits if you cannot confirm yourself with UK bank acc, not even by sending your scanned ID or utility bill

Basically correct - there are some ways for people outside the UK to get an EB/PP combo but it isn't a cheap everyday option.

It involves a lot of thinking outside the box, a fair bit of investment and a little bit of patience - but it can be done

You need to find out how it's done first then you'll know how much.

If you look at some of the subscribed members here, people like rsot, NoneOther, Thankful, SUVE, Oompah, Slapped, GB and many many more that I could fill this post with, they have all actively 'given' to the forum and their credentials are impeccable.

So - because I don't know you I took a look at your postings so far - nothing to glean from them.

That's why some of us may seem reluctant to spill the beans so to speak - for all we know you may be a Paypal employee

I suggest you begin to change your status by becoming a subscribed member - at least then we will know which country you are in

What makes you think that people will share all the best info with you just because you subscribe.

It may give some more credibility than you have now but it's not going to get you the golden goose.

The most successful people on here have figured out most things through their own research and until you can show that you have some comprehension of what is involved your probably not going to get many straight answers.

Please don't take it personal Token but I have seen an awful lot of good systems come crashing down because we as a group have been too generous with our secrets.

It takes time to build a relationship and there are many people on here who trust me and my judgement. 14% of the posts I have made have been thanked by someone - proving that they are appreciated. (It should have been more but I do have a tendency to be irreverant and naughty - especially after sun down when the vodka comes into play)

Yes but you'll have to withdraw at somepoint i assume? Like many have said - i'm not sure if you fully understand the concept of stealth. It's a bigger idea than "do i need to add a vcc". You need to think stealth, and that obviously means adding credibility to your account, a.k.a verifying it. To do this (if you'd fully understood) you'd know you need bank deposits etc etc...

Like many have already said, this forum has a wealth of information on it....that search button does what it says....get creative with your searches and do the reading. I think the more experienced guys will then be a bit more receptive...

I personally went through alot of this like everyone on here....but it's in your interest it really is. After all, nobody's going to manage these accounts but you. For me, setting them up is only half the battle....the day to day managing of them requires constant attention.

Ive just read UA for PP Services and although I didn't find any particular info of UK banking and what-abouts for my particular case I did found out a lot of other interesting things, like non-paypal localized countries where you dont have to link bank accounts to lift limits only VCC linking and confirming is enough.

Also I've noticed that when giving bank info to paypal (e.g. opening a new stealth PP account ) they cant really tell if these are true, only card-number is what they can tell, so this leads me to questioning why the hell didn't I open stealth PP account in my country rather than UK ? Well I guess I learn everyday more and more by scanning threads on this forum.

@London: Instead of withdrawing I dont mind just sending the money to my real PP account. But I do realize Im limited to only sending 1000pounds and receiving 1900. Dont know what can I do with 900 I cant send. Can I just buy something with it or what ? Im yet to find this out

The fact when I first created the PP account in my country (slovenia) that mislead me when making another one just few days ago in UK is:

- For verifying my SLO account all I have to do is link/confirm my debit/credit card and thats it

- For paypal localized countries (21 of them :P ) you must ad bank account.


So I foolishly assumed I wont need any UK bank account to open fully functional UK Paypal account.
I must say it was preatty cheap lesson, only 17€ for one VCC.
