Creating new paypal account

I have a paypal account at the moment that is in good standing, however its associated with my suspended ebay account. I will have to create a new PP account, that means a new bank account, and new home address.

Question

when I sign back up for a new pp account I will put in my new bank name , account number and routing number, when it comes to the part where I have to put in my address, can I put in any address ( my new address registered on ebay, friends address) or must it be the address I gave to the new bank account.

Solid rule to live by : Register everything NEW and DIFFERENT.

Does not have to be the address on the bank account - that's irrelevant.

so if I register paypal with a different address then whats registered with my bank account,will that effect the process of sending funds from pp into my bank account?
