Paypal permanent suspension.
 

Just wondered if anyone could help.....
I've recently started selling digital comics on ebay, all copyright free and in the public domain, and all originally purchased from ebay on a friends account, everything was going brilliantly and i was making a living and keeping busy too.
then get a phonecall from paypal, guy sounded American, saying my account has a limitation in place because, apparently, someone has complained saying i'm selling counterfitted material, which i'm not, and i need to supply a whole load of info to them.
Phoned paypal England the next day and the woman i spoke to said it was just a review because my sales had started to rise, i explained to her what the American guy had said and she said it was just a review, nothing more and that after the info had been sent in i would be up and running again within 48 hrs,

Sent all info in then get a message saying account has been permanently limited and that they will review the account in 30 days and will release any available funds.
Phoned them again and explained to the woman that all items i was selling had been purchased from ebay and they were all copyright free and deemed to be in the public domain, they have agreed to re-review it but not holding out much hope, spoke to ebay and they've told me they have no problem with what i was selling.....help

You'll just have to wait it out and see what they do I'm afraid.

The only thing I would say is that they hate digital products and that may be the only reason why, but they will not give you a specific reason.

I highly doubt these comics would be free of copyright. Just because someone told you they were, doesn't make it so.

If these comics were by DC or any of the other main comic producers then the material would be copyrighted, irrespective of how old the material was.

A disc made up from home produced scans is as illegal as a pirate DVD.
