New Paypal Acc
 

Ok - I am starting afresh now after being suspended for life. I want to open a new Paypal acc in my mums name which will be new address and I will add her bank acc to have access and be safe if I need to verify.

My questions are:

Will this eventually be flagged up with money going in - not through eBay but being paid by individuals through social networking site sales? So what is best way to accept money without being limited? Should it be a merchant acc and can a personal customer open this?

Can I access this Paypal from a PC using new stealth accs...for which I intend to use a diff Paypal acc - which I need to set up. Is it ok to set up in random name but use a similar address to one on old suspended acc. Which would be diff door No. & postcode but same street. Could this ever be linked?

I want to keep the other Paypal seperate so I have some flow of income without interuption!

FIRST MISTAKE: Using your Mums name and bank account.

This approach is NOT stealth

Suggest you do a bit more research before proceeding

lot of questions. actually whilst it is not proper stealth, the mums name is ok, but there can be issues for her if you get limited.

as for bank account, better to use your own one.

If you are being paid outside of ebay, then why not research another payment option, paypal could be ok as back-up...

you can access all your paypal from one PC, just keep them on different user screens and use different ips.

This makes no sense at all

Differ door no. and postcode is good - street alone is not that strong of a link from my experience.

As I understand it they are now using postcode matching software in the UK.

Any given postcode is automatically matched against the street name database.
