PP business account
 

guys,need help

my personal PP was limited last year.i want to open a business PP.i have a registered co. on my name.i have changed all the details as well(computer,address,internet,phone,email etc).my only worry is,they still asking for the company's owner details.i have changed my personal address too but still have to put my first and last name.is that could link it to my limited account?also what dacoments they could ask to verify as i have sent them my driving license already?

They want to know who owns the company - so who is it? You or your stealth ID? You work from there. For ID stealth issues I suggest you contact a purple person

interesting thing is i called paypal few days ago.i told them my personal PP ACCOUNT is limited and i want to open a business account.they told me to go ahead,change bank details and email,and open a business account.isn't that strange?

Business accounts and personal accounts are two different beasts. I only use business accounts and I only operate under stealth conditions - it wasn't always so but it is now - Paypal need to know a 'face' that they are dealing with - it does not need to be the main shareholder but it is better if it is.

The companies house rules can be very beneficial to you if you think outside the box

GrannyT:ok thing is, clearly i am not getting what you trying to say.i read the stealth book in which the only thing they say is to register a LLC and they don't explain it.which stealth conditions you are talking about.i am the only director/shareholder of this company.and how could company house rules help me out on this ?
please help me out as this is my only chance to open this account and i don't want to ruin it.could PM ME if possible?
