Morning All,

Quick question:

Am now bank verified (two deposits) and have added my entropay card to paypal. Next stage would be to quote: 2link and confirm your card"...where pp debit £/equivalent.

They then say:

After you click Continue, we'll charge this card £1.00 GBP or equivalent. You'll need to confirm these details by checking your card statement for a 4-digit code. Please enter this code. We'll refund the money into your PayPal account within 24 hours of you confirming your card.

Anybody done this? Will the code show up on the Entropay "View Statement" button?

yes it will.. in the text section it will say it just as how paypal suggests it would.

It will show up on EP.

I've logged in buut it's "showing" nothing yet. My available has gone down by £1 though...so assume the money's been debited. Just wanted to check that i'm looking in the right place - you know what EPs like.

I just view the statement, yeah? You said "text section" bunneh....am i missing something?

Normally shows immediately on e/pay

It takes 48 business hours to get the code in Ep

Thanks for your email.

VISA payments occur in two stages. Initially, the merchant reserves the money, called pre-authorisation, from your card. At this point, you will notice that funds from your EntroPay VISA Card have already been deducted. Following this, the merchant has up to 30 days in order to claim the payment.

This is called ‘settlement’. If no such confirmation is received, the money will be refunded back to you. However, this amount can take up to 30 days in order to be completely refunded.

Your EntroPay VISA account statement shows only completed payments and not amounts that have only been pre-authorised (but not yet claimed). For this reason, the balance on your card and the list of payments listed in these views might not match.

The transaction will normally show on the account 2-4 days after the request.

fyi all, PP card validation code just showed up on my Entropay statement. Took a few days but all good.
