paypal bank account info question

hello, i have just signed up for paypal and ebay with my stealth account, obviously they are both not in my name.


i have encountered a problem when trying to lift my paypal limits, when i have to registed my bank account to paypal the bank account surname has to be the same as the name registered with paypal.

it also states that if i try to link a bank acount in a different name the there will be a charge for any reversals,
any help would be much appriciated, thank you.
