Paypal limits help!

Hi everyone.

I just was wandering when is the best time to send in the docs to remove the £1900 limit on paypal.

Is it best to send in the docs when you hit the limit or is it best to send in docs when you havent reached limit.

Soon as you can.

In fact the T&S say that if you perceive you will reach the limits, then lift them as soon as you can. :juggle:
