Paypal Limitation

Hi I really appreciate any quick answers for my problems with paypal from anyone Please help.

I have been using my friend's eBay and paypal account for the past few months. I passed the initial verification of paypal. My eBay became top rated then I though it was ok to increase the volume of selling. Now I received a phone call from paypal asking me to provide them with supplier information and ownership of merchandise. They said because I have been selling too much.

The reason why I had to use my friend's account was because I lost my personal account already. The mistake I made was I used my friend's paypal account to pay for products I was buying from china and they were delivered to my address and not to my friend's registered address with eBay & paypal.

Now I am trying to make some backdated invoices from some UK suppliers. Can anyone tell me please if that is going to help? or Paypal cannot believe this as there are already transaction being made to China from the paypal account.

ANY SUGGESTIONS IS REALLY WELCOME AS I ONLY GOT 6 DAYS TO REPLY TO THEM OR THE PAYPAL ACCOUNT WILL BE SUSPENDED.

You can only take the steps you have outlined and hope for the best.

At least you seem to realise the mistakes you have made. Not only have you lost your own accounts the chances are you are about to lose your friend their accounts also.

well a transaction to china is not unusual and does not prove anything

you can only try, nothing to lose, expect the worst, then sometimes you get a good surprise....

Welcome to the forums - all the best as you read around, get informed, and make decisions.

It is worth sending in invoices and supplier info. Dangerous to play with friend`s info but that`s your decision - not recommended.

Make new stealth for back up measures.

so basically the best way of continuing is to have a proper business through a company and import products with proper VAT invoices then there should be no problems. Is that right please let me know? As I want to take the steps to secure my account.

You CAN still have issues where PP/EB are concerned despite this supply of additional information.

Why did your own personal EB/PP A/C go down hence you resorting to your friends EB/PP A/C ???
