UK paypal.Need to confirm home address

Hello guys! Who can help me verify UK address on paypal account? for example, AVS cards which can use UK address as billing address.

I tried to buy it at 2 aspkin sellers, but their cards don't support UK AVS at all :(

And all USA AVS VCC cards I bought(e.g. US bank, citybank, metabank) can't use GB postal code as billing address. I think due to different formats zip/postal codes in US/UK.
