paypal limited - completely new card + address but banned IP used
 

hi

a while ago ebay + paypal banned me for some stupid stuff and then my household was banned due to multiple acvounts.

i then recently thought i could make a new card under my other property. i used this to make a paypal and signed up at my house where the other accounts are banned. it allowed me to do this however a day after i was limited due to 'not using my account for a while'.

im not sure if this has anything to do with my ip address etc. but all my info is new and i am struggling to lift the restriction but i will soon ring them.

can anyone advise on what to do/ if i will escape.

Using the banned IP of the old address makes this dubious if this account will be viable.

I would suggest learning the correct facets of stealth

Look like you'll have to buy the stealth guide, and take some time out to do some valuable reading and research mate...

if i do buy the stealth guide how will it help me in using my ip address?

search the forums for advice about your IP address, or buy the book

Stealth guides covers all of the methodology on setting up accounts, including options fo getting new IP (search forums on IP also works).

If you used the same IP on the new acc as the old acc, and it was very recent too, then in all likelihood you will not get the account back. Call them speak to somebody who will let you know one way or another.

however, i managed with no trouble to operate and set up my friends account from my house after my accounts were banned?

It will just be a matter of days or weeks for your friends account to be banned, Mark my words..

Ebay is not some back woods company with illegitimate tracking methods.. They will get any account created from that ip.
