Help with 3v

Hi,

Looking for a bit of advice from anyone who has experience with 3v cards, if I use the 3v card to verify my paypal account does the name/billing address have to match that on my paypal, my first thought was yes but just want to make sure.

A 3v card will not verify your paypal account - only a bank account will do this.

If using it to confirm address then yes, change the details in the 3v to the stealth details.
