eBay Item Dispute
 
I've a eBay account and purchased a item using credit card as Paypal guest, but haven't received the item, I want to make a dispute but how if I paid with Paypal guest?

The dispute can be opened through your ebay account.
Log in to your ebay account and go to the auction page. You will several links on there. One of these links is "resolve a problem". Click on it and it will give you the option to open a dispute.

I tried the method you suggested but this is the message I get,

It's been 32 days, I've contacted the seller twice but no response

Check your email, you should have the sellers information that was provided to you from PP when you competed the transaction. Ring paypal with those details and explain what has happened.

Did you use a CC ? if you did you can ask your card issuer to do a charge back .

if the seller did not send you what you paid for you can call the bank issuer and ask them to dispute this transaction, but i advice to call paypal first.
