Adding new card to old non-sealth paypal to withdraw funds
 

Hi,

I have been using ebay with all the details of my uncle (ebay, paypal, card). As mine had been limited.

I was wondering If I could add a new card in order to withdraw the funds to the new bank account.

Bear in mind that another bank card on that card holders address had been previously banned by ebay.

Will paypal check the address on the new bank account? because if they can, they will know that it is the address of a banned ebay user.

If I want to go ahead with this, do I click on Update bank account or Add card in order to withdraw funds to the new bank account?

are you adding a card AND a bank account? Not quite clear.

paypal do not check address.

What I do is

Sign into paypal

Go to PROFILE
(My Money)
Add/Edit Bank Account update by adding new bank account. Change to PRIMARY. Leave old bank account info.

Next step
Add/Edit Credit Card update by adding new credit card info. Leave existing info.

If there is any transactions at this point, existing info is hard to remove.
When you go to make a future transaction, you just have to check which card you are going to use as back up source

However, the persons address had been previously limited by paypal & suspended by ebay.

Is it still ok to use their bank details , will paypal see their address? Because I have heard that they only see bank account numbers and not other details?

You cannot withdraw to a credit card

^You can't withdraw to cards in the UK, you have to add a bank account to do so.

Is it safe to add a bank account of another person whose address was used & suspended by ebay/paypal in order to withdraw funds?

If it has been said TWICE in this thread paypal does not see the ADDRESS what do you reckon?

Are paypal by some unknown miracle going to find out that the address is of a banned user? :eek:
