Can a buyer open an 'SNAD' claim if they have already opened an 'item not received'?
 
Is it possible for a buyer to open a 'Significantly Not As Described' claim as well as an 'Item Not Received' Claim for the same item?
I have read that it is not possible for a buyer to open 2 cases on the same item yet I have also read that it can be done?
Does anyone know for sure?

Not at the same time but they could open a INR followed by a SNAD

Thanks. I thought that if the buyer was to lose the INR claim then a new claim could not be opened as that first case was lost.

If possible, I have done. But do not try to open a new case if any amendment is the subject of the case already open. This is not what users can do to make you have to write an email telling him aa PP is paypal problem and the reason for changing the Item Not Received If Not As Described to Significantly.
But it is a new case is the same but "for a reason other than that described."

On one occasion claimed by Item Not Received and when he finally received the item this does not work and change Item PP Not Received "for a reason other than That described" Significantly Not As Described to
