Paypal already verified, need to add another bank account, credit card needed?
 

Reading the forums, I found that the the names on the Paypal & bank account does not have to match in order to add a bank account, so I will be adding the account number & Sort code but with the paypal account holder's name.

But : Do I still need to add a new debit card? The paypal account is already verified & I can withdraw as much as I want. Does the debit card need to be added to withdraw funds?

Also, the name on the other debit card has already been banned!

It's good to do and it increases your limits. Don't use a debit card, try one of the VCC sellers here: Buy, Sell or Trade - eBay Suspension & Paypal Limited Forums
